what kind of things are available?

Paper products like large rigid cardboard tubes, boxes and packaging. Foam and polystyrene sheets. Timber including Mdf board ranging from A4 size to 2.4m. Textiles from fabric samples to exterior grade mesh. Metals from A10 tins to copper and brass die cuts. Plastic containers and buckets, component trays and so much more…..

where is it?

The Resource store is at The Art Farm, Shed 5 174 Brookvale rd Havelock North.

It is situated in the same building as The Project Lab and the Nga Toi Creative Hub.


who can use it?

Everyone is welcome!

The resources are for ANY creative use - by individuals, schools, community groups, art workshops…..anyone!

The only rule is that anything that has come from a business donation cannot be on-sold as a version of its original product or its original intended use.

where does it come from?

We reach out to local industry and businesses that may have by-products from their operation and are interested in minimizing waste.

Collection is provided and the materials are brought to the Project Lab workshop for sorting, then put into stock for you to come and browse.
